PREPARE can help before, during, and after your Developmental Grant is awarded.

Core Services

Whether you are applying for a PREPARE Developmental Grant or have received your notice of award, the entire Institute is here to help you. Our cores can help you design your study, collect and process specimens, and even help you analyze the results.

Developmental Grant recipients usually receive PREPARE core services at a reduced cost, and some of our services are offered at no charge!

Onboarding meetings

The Administrative Cores hosts onboarding meetings for all new Developmental Grant recipients. During these meetings grant recipients will learn about regulatory compliance, fund management, and NIH reporting. Attendance is mandatory for grant recipients and encouraged for their mentors and fund managers.

Mentors

PREPARE Core Directors are available to serve as mentors for early stage investigators. For assistance in identifying a mentor, please contact us.
