We utilize infectious SARS-CoV-2 and multiple cell and organoid based models to understand viral pathogenesis, identify new therapies, develop diagnostics and test the efficacy of vaccines. We are also engaged in similar research investigating other emerging pathogens, including flaviviruses and Coccidioides.
