Application Procedures
PREPARE Institute Developmental Grants are accepted once each year and must be submitted via InfoReady Review.
Early stage investigators must work with a mentor and certify that their mentors (see below) have had an opportunity to read and provide input on Developmental Grant applications before submission. Applications will be accepted only after mentors confirm this pre-submission review. Allow time to work with your mentor as you prepare your application.
All investigators are encouraged to submit their applications up to a week in advance so that errors or technical difficulties can be addressed before the submission deadline. PREPARE and HMI staff will let you know if your application needs corrections or is ready to be reviewed. Applications that do not conform to the posted guidelines will be returned without further review.

Early stage investigators need a mentor
